Cloud Computing 4/10

 

After watching the video, I learned many things about cloud computing and types of IT services used with public, private, and hybrid clouds. One of the types of IT services is SaaS, SaaS lets users to access applications and it has a little or no control over the delivery, Gmail is an example of a SaaS service. Another IT service is PaaS, PaaS gives access to software developments that lets them make cloud applications, they allow control, but no infrastructure control and it controls over all the configuration settings. The last type of IT service is IaaS, IaaS is an easy and quick provision recourse that includes processing networks and storage without the need of infrastructure. Overall, private infrastructure takes longer because of the process of being approved.
